  • Intimate or personal care products, such as lingerie or swimwear, unless they are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to service@qamuze.top within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend that you return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@qamuze.top with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
